Our Story
Nadim is a parenting and relationship coach and the author of five books including the highly acclaimed Kids Don’t Come With a Manual.
Nadim worked with experienced psychotherapists and drew from the latest research in child psychology and neuroscience as well as his own experience as a father of three to develop a programme of highly effective tools to help families become happier and more harmonious.
He also founded Happy Confident Me, which mission is to help families and children thrive by developing their emotional intelligence and their confidence.
He is a regular speaker on parenting themes for leading companies such as Barclays, HSBC, Google & JP Morgan, and he has been featured in leading media publications including The Sunday Times, The Telegraph, The Guardian and the BB
Before becoming a Parenting coach, Nadim Saad was a serial entrepreneur, with a Masters degree in management and an MBA from INSEAD, and he had worked in top management roles all across Europe. But despite all his success in the business world, this didn’t prepare him for his most challenging role to date – being a parent.
After having his first daughter, he made the same mistake that many new parents make, he assumed that he would simply ‘know’ how to parent by instinct. He soon found that this approach wasn’t working and knew there had to be a better way.
This led him to do his own research into child psychology, neuroscience and he discovered a wealth of information that helped to make sense of the challenges he was facing. So by drawing from the latest research in child psychology and neuroscience, as well as his own experience as a father, he developed a programme of highly effective tools that have changed the lives of thousands of families, including his own.
And so, Best of Parenting was born.
Best of Parenting now offers a range of services, including parenting courses, private coaching sessions, a trouble-shooting App and this highly acclaimed website.
Although Nadim initially worked alongside his wife, Carole, the pressure of trying to balance their professional lives with family took its toll, and the couple decided to separate.
However, thanks to the transformative tools that have helped so many other families, Nadim and Carole were able to navigate the challenges of their separation and get on better than ever before, as co-parents to three daughters.
As well as founding Best of Parenting, his experiences inspired Nadim to create the Happy Confident Me workshops along with experienced psychotherapists and teachers, as he identified a strong need for children to be better prepared for this ever-changing world.
