Learning to appreciate and harmonise our different parenting styles is the key to a more harmonious family life.

One of our biggest lightbulb moments as parents was to discover that it was perfectly “normal” for couples in our situation to have two different (and sometimes opposing) parenting styles. It was difficult to accept these differences, but more awareness of the strengths and weaknesses of each of our styles really helped!
